As new condo inventory continues to dwindle in Downtown Seattle, the final two townhome penthouses at Marselle Condos will be open for touring this Sunday, Sept 23rd from 12 to 4 p.m. Located at 699 John Street, Marselle is poised between South Lake Union, Downtown Seattle's retail district and Seattle Center.
The two remaining homes are top floor townhomes with dramatic volume:
It's rare to find a new condo or townhome available in the Renton Highlands, and it's about to become rarer as Galloway continues to sell.
The boutique condo building of eight homes is now 50% sold, with four remaining homes ready to move in. Buyers are drawn to the surprisingly luxurious features and finishes like air conditioning, granite countertops, full-height backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, huge pantry cabinets, spacious master suites, five-piece master baths and extra-high (and we mean it) ceilings. These one-bedroom homes, some with large dens, are priced from $179,950.
The Matrix ResortWorks team in Eastern Washington has just listed a most unique property: a 17-acre estate vineyard in the appellation of Wahluke Slope AVA. The vineyard produces highly rated Syrah wine grapes which have been sold to the Barnard Griffin Winery for the past 11 years. The property includes a home, garage/shop and pump house.
Zoned commercial with a certified well and water rights, it would be possible to use the property as a personal estate, or build a small business such as a bed & breakfast or boutique hotel with tasting room. The new owner could also elect to subdivide and sell or lease individual rows of the vineyard to hobbyist winemakers.
Sign of the times? Today we got a request to change two of our communities to "Sold Out" here on the Matrix website. While Maplewood and Waldenwood were both smaller communities, they have both been on the market for a few months and just completely sold out.
Other communities like One Main Street in Downtown Bellevue, Hjarta in Ballard and Marselle in Downtown Seattle are nearly there too. Less than a handful of new homes remain at each.
New Homes in Everett First Lennar Homes to be Completed in Washington State
They may be new to the Greater Seattle area, but Lennar has been one of the nation's most respected homebuilders since their start in 1954, with homes selling in over 40 markets around the country. And now they are bringing their "Everything's Included" homes to Greenfield Park in Everett. These three-and four-bedroom homes are currently under construction for move-in this July, with prices starting in the low $200s.
What exactly is included when we say "Everything's Included?" At Greenfield Park, buyers will enjoy a fully landscaped yard, stainless steel appliances (including side-by-side refrigerator), slab granite kitchen countertops, hardwood floors throughout most of the main level and a private master suite with ensuite bathroom.
