Homes in new Lennar communities are now selling in Everett, Lynnwood, Lake Stevens, Auburn, Pacific, Bonney Lake, Puyallup, Spanaway, Lacy, Olympia and Tumwater. Select homes will be ready to move in by late July. Prices range from the high $100s to low $400s.
The newspapers are telling the story: your selection of new condominium homes in Downtown Bellevue is decreasing, with no new projects currently in the works. At One Main Street we're also feeling that trend, as we now have only three new homes left for sale.
All three remaining homes are spacious one-bedroom plans with an ensuite master bathroom plus a powder room for your guests. Residence 206 has a massive private deck. Homes are priced from $389,900, and include all the luxe features you would expect from a new Downtown Bellevue condo: concrete & steel construction, hardwood floors, top-end appliances, fully-tiled bathrooms, air conditioning and reserved garage parking.

Until recently, just 19 of the 124-unit Burien Town Square condominiums were sold. However, five more units have sold over the last two weeks, and more are scheduled to close shortly. That, according to the development's sales team of Tracey O'Brien and Stacy Phipps.
To help promote the development, they are making five "homes-of-the-month" available with no HOA (homeowners association dues) for the first year, ranging from a one-bedroom, 527 square foot unit at $132,950 to a two-bedroom, 1095 square foot unit at $278,950. That will save the buyer about $2,000 to $4,300 accordingly.
New Downtown Seattle condos are in higher demand these days as inventory continues to be gobbled up and no new condos are on the horizon. At Marselle Condos just north of Downtown, five more homes sold in April and now only seven homes are available.
Open one-bedroom from $219,990. Two-bedroom/two-bathroom with den and city view from $434,990. Penthouse townhome with two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, loft and patio from $489,990. (Pictured below.)
Hjarta Ballard has sold seven new homes since March 1st, and are now over 80% sold.
Homes are available in a variety of floorplans starting from a 794 sq. ft. one-bedroom for $284,950. There's one remaining two-bedroom/two bathroom penthouse with 1,447 sq. ft., upgraded finishes and air conditioning for $619,950.
Here is what a couple of our happy homeowners have to say about living at Burien Town Square:
"We are really loving our new home here at the Burien Town Center. For us, it is a complete lifestyle change, which provides us with an urban living experience that we were specifically looking for. Being able to walk to grocery stores, post office, coffee houses, wine bars and restaurants is so amazingly convenient and stress free. The nearby metro transit center is an easy walk and provides us access to the Tukwila Light Rail station, without having to worry about parking.
Every day there's a new news story of tightening inventory in the real estate market, a story that's also true for the Downtown Seattle core market. With very little new product left on the market selection is more limited than ever and buyers are snapping up properties at a faster pace.
Case in point: Marselle Condominiums just north of Downtown Seattle sold eight homes in the month of March. Now over 80% sold, Marselle offers brand new construction condominiums within blocks of South Lake Union, Seattle Center, Queen Anne, Belltown and the Downtown retail district.
Boeing Paine Field employees (or anyone who works nearby) take note - there's a new affordable living option for you. Maplewood Townhomes are just blocks from Paine Field offering a commute measured in blocks rather than miles.
Homes are 1700+ sq. ft. with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and two-car attached garage. Interiors are chock full of high-end features like slab granite counters, hardwood floors and double-sink vanity in the master bath.
