Eagle Meadows – a new single family community in Monroe, WA.

Eagle Meadows is a community of 29 new single family homes by local, Puyallup-based homebuilder RM Homes.

Matrix handled the land acquisition analysis, site planning and lot fits, interior and exterior specification review, sales strategy, listings, sales, online marketing, sales office and signage. Sales were conducted out of a sales office within the model home.

There were a few challenges to selling in this location. Despite being close off two highways, it was on a quiet side street. Monroe doesn’t allow posting of offsite signage, so we used billboards between Woodinville and Monroe to help draw buyers to the community. Our online photos and listings had to be particularly robust. Given the pastoral setting, backing to a treed preserve, we worked with a local photographer to get aerial shots to convey the benefits of the location.

In the end, we completely sold out of the community in just over a year, holding prices steady by using buyer incentives.
