Kim Martinez is the Regional Sales Manager for RM Homes, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the real estate industry. Her career began in 2004 with Coldwell Banker Bain, where she primarily worked with resale buyers and sellers, gaining extensive experience across diverse property types and market conditions. In 2014, Kim was offered an opportunity to sell for RM Homes, and she embraced that new challenge in new construction sales. Over the past 11 years, she has navigated the complexities of the new construction process, further refining her skills in communication, organization, and customer service.

Kim finds great satisfaction in guiding buyers through the intricacies of new construction, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions. Her diverse experience in both resale and new construction offers a unique perspective that enhances her ability to serve her clients effectively. Kim is passionate about building relationships and is inspired by the opportunity to collaborate with a skilled, respected, and close-knit builder team, which has been key to her continued success.

As Regional Sales Manager, Kim oversees every aspect of each listing and sale, including managing site agents, launching new communities, and recruiting talent. She also plays an integral role in pricing strategy, plan design, and selecting finishes and features for the homes.

A longtime resident of the greater Seattle area, Kim has lived in Snohomish County for the past 25 years with her husband. They have two grown sons and a grandson, who keeps them young at heart. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and indulging in great food.
