Over 100 people attended the recent grand opening of RM Homes’ latest new home community, Summerland in Bothell. The grand opening event was the first opportunity for prospective buyers to tour two designer-furnished model homes. The event also included catered lunch from a local food truck, and a kids face painter and balloon artist.
Summerland is a 37-lot community with three- and four-bedroom homes ranging from 2,175 to 2,431 sq.ft., with pricing from the mid to high $600s. Located in the sought-after Northshore School District, Summerland features its own community park with kids playground, picnic table and benches.
Matrix is managing the marketing and sales for Summerland, which is now selling from a converted garage sales office and two model homes. The first homes will be ready to move in later this month.
