In brief, real estate brokers can list homes for sale. We can schedule photos and model home staging, again with limitations.
Real estate brokers can still sell homes. We are available to show homes by appointment only to one client at a time (one-on-one only).
Technology is our friend right now. The real estate industry is making full use of online/video tours, photos and floorplans. We can conduct a live virtual tour with clients via Facetime, Zoom or other technology. We are also able to make offers via a completely online process.
