Arrington Court is a new 17-lot community of single family homes by local, Puyallup-based homebuilder RM Homes. This community is located in the small town of Fall City, WA. This is in the Issaquah Alps, about 30 minutes east of Seattle and Bellevue via the I-90 corridor.

The first homes were ready to move in late 2021. Matrix used online tools to begin presales of this community, and completed sales from an onsite designer-furnished model home and in-home sales office.

In addition to managing the marketing and sales, Matrix consulted on land acquisition analysis, site planning and lot fits, interior and exterior specification review, sales strategy, comps and pricing, listings, sales, online marketing and signage.
