Creekside Grove is a community of 49 new homes in Lynnwood, WA. This is the second phase of a completed adjacent community. This location is close to Lake Stickney Elementary and Lake Stickney Park. Convenient access to the I-5/405 junction, the Ash Way Park n Ride and upcoming light rail station.

The first homes were ready to move in early 2021. Matrix pre-sold all 49 homes, first from a nearby sales center, and then from a garage sales center onsite. Tools included renderings, virtual tours, floorplans and photos of similar built homes. There were three model homes to tour for this community.
