Homes are now under construction at Creekside Grove with the first available homes ready to move in January 2021. Therefore, our solution to pre-selling Creekside Grove was to retain one of the model homes from Lake Stickney Parkway and sell from that model home and garage.
Sales start this weekend using a mix of online tools, videos, marketing and signage, plus onsite displays and the model home. Homes start from the mid $600s, with the first release a mix of 2,418, 2,431 and 2,548 sq.ft. homes.
