The Grove at Beaver Lake is a new enclave of three luxury homes by local builder, RM Homes. Located just one mile north of Beaver Lake Park in Sammamish, WA. Homes will be 3775 to 4677 sq.ft.

Matrix is consulting on initial pricing, plan selection, home features and model home needs. Marketing services include management of asset creation (renderings and floorplans), online promotion, signage and listings. Matrix is also selling this new home community, including final recommended competitive pricing, lead management, and onsite sales through closing.

Homes are now under construction, with completions starting summer 2025.
