Wildwood Trails – new single family homes in Sultan, WA.

Wildwood Trails is a new community in Sultan, WA by local, Puyallup-based builder RM Homes.

This community sold from a single model home with a simple sales office in the model home den. All homes were pre-sold prior to completion.

Matrix assisted with land acquisition analysis, site planning and lot fits, and interior and exterior specification review. We managed the sales strategy, listings, sales, and marketing including sales office layout and displays, signage, online marketing and listings.

This location was a challenge. Being in the far suburbs of Snohomish County it was off the beaten track. We utilized extra signage, online listings, online advertising and paid content, and press releases to help drive traffic.
