Kim Sharpe Jones

Kim Sharpe Jones is the Director of New Home Builder Services. She began her career in 2000 as the Marketing Manager alongside Mike Miller and has since dedicated herself to real estate, with a focus on new home marketing. Throughout her career, Kim has worked with developers and sellers of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and resort communities. Her marketing expertise spans across the Greater Puget Sound area, including Ocean Shores and Crescent Bar, WA.

In her current role as Director of New Home Builder Services, Kim collaborates closely with builders to identify market opportunities and enhance profitability from land holdings. She conducts pricing analysis for new land acquisitions, monitors competitive trends, and develops pricing strategies for upcoming listings. Additionally, Kim is involved in selecting and reviewing floorplans, as well as advising on interior features, finishes, and amenities for new homes and communities.

A native of Renton, Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma. She has lived in West Seattle for over 20 years with her husband. Together, they enjoy bird watching, touring local breweries, and hiking with their rescue border collie, Lucy.
