Barton on Edmonds is a community of 15 new homes coming to Edmonds, WA. Located just off the main road into downtown Edmonds and the ferry terminal, this community has easy access to I-5 and Hwy 99.

Homes were 2,175 to 2,431 sq.ft. with prices from the $900s.

The sales team toured from a completed home at a nearby community to pre-sell this community. We also utilized online and in-person tools to build the database and pre-sell homes. There were initial plans to have a full furnished model home at Barton at Edmonds, but the homes sold so quickly that we were able to sell without adding that expense.
