Crestview Village – new single family homes in Mill Creek, WA.

Crestview Village is a new community of 25 homes in Mill Creek by Puyallup-based builder RM Homes. Convenient location, close to freeway access for commuting, and near shopping, dining, parks and schools.

This community sold from a single model home with a garage sales office. All homes were pre-sold prior to completion.

Matrix assisted with land acquisition analysis, site planning and lot fits, and interior and exterior specification review. We managed the sales strategy, listings, sales, and marketing including sales office layout and displays, signage, online marketing and listings.
