East Creek Village is a new five-lot community by local builder RM Homes. Located on a cul-de-sac in an existing Kenmore neighborhood, homes are set into a gentle west facing slope for nice light and outlooks.

Matrix is consulting on initial pricing, plan selection, home features and model home needs. Marketing services include management of asset creation (renderings and floorplans), online promotion, signage and listings. Matrix is also selling this new home community, including final recommended competitive pricing, lead management, and onsite sales through closing.

Homes are now under construction, with completions in spring and summer 2025.
