Enclave at Bothell is a new home community by local builder RM Homes. Located in the eastside tech corridor, these homes enjoy a great Bothell location, just one mile north of downtown and 1.5 miles south of Canyon Park.

Homes will be 2,501 to 3,070 sq.ft. with prices from the mid $1Ms.

This project sold from the furnished model homes and a sales office. We had one floorplan type that was a stickier sell than the rest, so we made a midstream adjustment to keep a second model home in one of those plans. The location, pricing and product design were spot on, and homes sold so fast we were barely in the models before the community sold out entirely.
