Harbour Crossing – a community of new single family homes in Everett, WA. This community of 27 new homes is by local, Puyallup-based homebuilder RM Homes.

Home sales were conducted sales office built out in the garage of a fully furnished model home. This community sold out in eight months despite having an economic shutdown just after opening.
