Mukilteo Landing – a new single family community in Lynnwood, WA.

This community of 27 homes by local, Puyallup-based homebuilder RM Homes.

Located near Mukilteo shopping at Harbour Pointe and workplaces at Paine Field.

The entire community was pre-sold from the model home and sales office. The final home was sold around the same time that the first home closed.

Matrix assisted with land acquisition analysis, site planning and lot fits, and interior and exterior specification review. We are managing the sales strategy, listings, sales, and marketing including sales office layout and displays, signage, online marketing and listings.
