Shadowood – new single family community in Snohomish, WA.

Shadowood is a new community of 82 single family homes by local, Puyallup-based homebuilder, RM Homes. Surrounded on three sides by native growth protection area, Shadowood featured sidewalks and street lights throughout the community.

The Matrix team sold Shadowood from two model homes and a garage sales office. All homes were pre-sold prior to completion.

Matrix assisted with land acquisition analysis, site planning and lot fits, and interior and exterior specification review. We managed the sales strategy, listings, sales, and marketing including sales office layout and displays, signage, online marketing and listings.
